Credit Card Customers - Unenforceable Credit Agreements

Following changes in the Consumer Credit Act 1974 many credit agreements taken out prior to 6th April 2007 are being found to be unenforceable.

As a result many thousands of agreements are being challenged and the banks and building societies forced to write off credit card and unsecured loan debts.

This Debt Cancellation Service must not be mistaken with other debt solutions such as IVAs, bankruptcy, debt management or debt consolidation. This is not a repayment plan nor do we negotiate with creditors. This is a legal process attacking the actual validity of your credit agreement. Where an agreement is found to be unenforceable the lender is unable to hold you to any of the prescribed terms of the agreement. These terms are usually in relation to your monthly payment and outstanding balance.
